When we say “MoviePrepper,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean MoviePrepper, operated by CineScura Inc., a company based in the United States.

When we say “Service,” we mean the MoviePrepper websites, applications, and production tools, including script breakdown, scheduling, budgeting, call sheets, production reports, contacts, vendors, files, and related features.

When we say “you” or “your,” we mean the individual or organization using MoviePrepper.

Project and Production Information

MoviePrepper is a production management platform. You may upload or create production-related information, including scripts, schedules, breakdown elements, cast and crew contacts, vendors, budgets, call sheets, production reports, locations, vehicles, notes, and other project data.

Payment Information

If you purchase a paid project or upgrade, payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Usage Information

We may collect information about how you use MoviePrepper, such as pages visited, features used, login activity, device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location, and diagnostic information.

Communications

If you contact us for support, feedback, sales, or general inquiries, we may collect your name, email address, message content, and related communication details.

We use your information to operate and improve MoviePrepper.

Your Production Data

You retain ownership of the scripts, schedules, budgets, call sheets, contacts, and other production materials you upload or create in MoviePrepper.

We only use your production data to provide the Service, maintain your workspace, support collaboration, generate production outputs, improve reliability, and fulfill your requests.

We do not sell your scripts, creative materials, or production data.

Collaborators and Shared Access

MoviePrepper allows you to invite collaborators to a project. When you invite collaborators, they may be able to view, edit, export, or interact with project data depending on their permissions.

You are responsible for choosing who you invite and what access they receive.
